3. Community rules

Zero Tolerance Policy: Crush has a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexually explicit content, or abusive behavior. Violations of these rules will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

When using Crush, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or bully others.
• Post or share unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or abusive content.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or solicit money.
• Use the Service for spam, scams, or other deceptive activity.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.

Consequences: Any user found to be posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior will have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, without warning, at our sole discretion.

4. User content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., profile photos and text).
• You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you post.

5. Safety

We do not conduct background checks. Use caution when interacting with other users, and report suspicious behavior in the app.

6. Paid features (if applicable)

If Crush offers subscriptions or paid features, pricing and renewal terms will be shown at purchase. Purchases made through the App Store / Google Play are subject to their payment terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice or warning, if you violate these Terms, particularly our zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We may also suspend or terminate your access if required for safety or legal reasons.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that matches will occur.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
